I recommend spending a week or 2 on this web site, make up some models especially the grapes and grid in the later lessons. The boredom of the standard Common Core offering in secondary schools , (where they repeat the same stuff for years 7,8,9 and 10 will drive them crazy). This Exploding Dots program 12 lessons (and its FREE) will cover the 4 operations, additive and multiplicative thinking, place value, base systems and thinking. It also teaches Algebra is a way most Primary Students will understand. Most of what is needed at primary level.
